Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hamburg

It was clean and the room was nice and my friends and I had fun the 2 nights we stayed. The prices were great too. I loved the breakfast in the morning and their pool was open. Many of them aren't open because of Corona virus. I loved it. I plan to come back.

I highly recommend this hotel to all my friends and colleagues. The last two days, I had my stay here, and I was so grateful that I experienced your majestic place and amazing services. I stayed here on 2/26 based on the good reviews but boy, was I surprised. My room was not clean and it was in poor repair. Really bad road noise. Mask mandate not enforced and when I complained to IHG, nothing was done. I am Gold Elite for IHG and Diamond Elite for Hilton because I travel a lot for business. I'll take my business elsewhere and I would definitely avoid this hotel .

Very clean,workers sweet and helpful my family and I enjoyed the stay

I had to drive from Texas to Buffalo by myself in August to get to my mom in Canada as she was ill. This was during COVID. I chose the Holiday Inn brand because of their stated COVID-19 cleaning and social distancing practices and I was so pleased and felt so safe the first night, I decided to exclusively stay in Holiday Inn Express and Suites properties every single night of my journey. Today is my last day of quarantine in Canada and a big reason I am virus free is the precautions and safety protocols Holiday Inn has in place. THANK YOU - you have a customer for life.
