Embassy Suites by Hilton Buffalo

Loved every moment since I have been here. Would definitely stay here again. The valet can take a while sometimes but other than that, I love this place

We stopped in because we were catching a shuttle to a wedding. Had a drink at the bar in the lobby. Reasonable prices, great friendly service.

We stayed for almost 2 weeks and had a great experience. The room, an executive suite, was roomy and spacious and had a great view of downtown Buffalo. The front desk staff were great, the cleaning team did a great job and left us a generous portion of supplies. Lastly, the manager Bob K. Was extremely gracious and accommodating. Looking forward to our next stay, and we would absolutely recommend this hotel to out of town family and friends.

I was very disappointed. I'm in their top tier but it wasn't acknowledged. There was no customer service except for the valet. The property is nice though. Oh, don't believe that you'll receive breakfast even though it's advertised.

Quiet, clean and spacious hotel. The hotel staff was attentive to our questions and needs.
