The Westin Buffalo

Large standard room, exceptionally detailed, large desk/work area, no freezer in the mini-fridge, stunning shower, paid parking, breakfast/lunch restaurant w limited indoor seating and order at the counter just off the lobby. Several nice dinner restaurants close by, recommended at the hotel. Would stay there again.

Bed bugs crawling on the bed as soon as I walked into the room. Took pictures and videos. Please be careful as when I told the manager he acted as this was normal. We were in the room no longer than 5 mins after seeing a giant bed bug crawling across the white comforter. I have pictures I will be contacting headquarters about this. Because this is just disgusting and disappointing

We had a fantastic stay at The Westin!!! Ordered room service from Patina, had some R&R, and a great to-go breakfast from Jake's Cafe! Everything was super clean and the staff was so friendly! Would highly recommend.

Expensive. Room was clean. View sucked from the 2nd floor. Only had rooms with 2 queen beds available.nnRoom was boring and bland with nothing over the top.nnWould NEVER order room service again. Unbelievably expensive for a pizza, salad, and sandwich. All of which wasn't even on the level of gas station quality.
