Hilton Garden Inn Buffalo Downtown

Check in is at 3pm got there around 315 had to wait over a hour to get in my room around 420pm. The pool looks yellow and tastes like pee like it hasn’t been clean, my daughter went in the pool and came out with these red spots all over her. Only aloud in the pool a hour a day, the rooms are clean friendly staff that’s about it

Perfect

Mostly the staff. They were very accommodating to my family. We had several rooms with family from different states for a family death. Location was perfect and convenient. Cannot remember everyone's name but night employee Wayne and the female day staff were great.

Stayed here for Valentine’s Day weekend with my girlfriend. The people at the desk were friendly and welcoming. Loved my room and the view. Only complaint was the bed not being that comfortable. My girlfriend and I both had a struggle falling asleep. Heard screaming and arguing between a couple as well. Parking was difficult. We kept receiving a ticket at the parking lot even though we paid on the app every time.

Overall customer service at the hotel was wonderful however our bathroom was relatively dirty upon arrival.
