Kevin Guest House

My dad had to have a heart valve replaced at Buffalo General. He lives 2 1/2 hours away and I am from another state. We were to stay two nights, three at the most. After many complications with his procedure I had to extend my stay a couple of times totaling 15 nights. The staff at Kevin Guest House made it possible for me to stay the entire time and were so thoughtful and caring. Made focusing on my dad my priority instead of worrying were I was going to stay. The facilities and staff are amazing and I could not have asked for a better place to stay.

Very sweet people here and so caring. This is a God send to people who are dealing with sick loved ones who don't know their way around. I can't say enough great things, I was here two different times and they are clean and they run on donations. If you want to donate to any cause then this is the one. I met so many people who were going through so much and they feed them and give them a nice, safe place to stay and the shuttle will take you over to the hospital if you need them to.

Beautiful setting, gorgeous gardens, large guest suites, extremely clean (perfect for post-transplant). Amazing volunteers w free dinners Monday thru Friday. Inexpensive and a true home away from home. 5 minute walk to hospitals. Cannot even suggest how they could improve... Having to be in hospital, then an outpatient for months, being far from home is emotionally difficult. Kevin Guest House, their staff & the volunteers made a challenging situation so much more comfortable & tolerable. Cannot praise them enough!! So much better than a hotel, and making life-long friends w other patients and their families. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place!

The people here are amazing. The room was very clean and comfortable. They even brought us a space heater because he was so cold. There was even good available in the refrigerator. Thank you!
