Employees were slow on the new computer systemnThe room was great, as usual.nI am here with a caretaker in two separate rooms and they put us across the hall from each other.nWith the exception of the new computer system, it was great, as usual.

The rooms are immaculate. The service is superb. Everyone is very caring and goes above and beyond to make your stay pleasurable.

Stayed here while my mom was having surgery at Buffalo General. The staff was wonderful. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable while I waited for her, because of Covid I wasn't allowed to stay with her. I would recommend this place 100%. Thank you.

My family has stayed here several times over the past year. If you have business at Roswell Park, the location can't be beat! Service and amenities overall are fine for the price point. Grateful for staff accommodating late checkouts when our appointments run long. Also, shoutout to guest agent Randy for his first class hospitality! It truly makes a difference to the guest experience. While the breakfast offerings are nothing special, the overall value and convenience keep us coming back.

Comfortable and comforting while at Roswell or BGH. Staff is awesome as always. Clean comfortable rooms. Great covid precautions.
