Absolutely filthy place. Do not stay here. Shower curtain was covered in soap scum/mildew. All 3 washcloths had either blood or makeup stains on them. Dust build up all over the walls. The door to the room didn't shut and lock on its own. The comforter had black stains on the inside of it. The curtains had black marks all over them. better off staying at a motel 6 or cheaper. Don't waste your money.

The hotel has a decently friendly and nice staff. I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the room. The shower head was honestly disgusting and there was a ring in the toilet. A hotel should make the upmost effort to present a very clean and pleasant room. This hotel did not deliver in that department.

I have had such a positive experience at this hotel from the first minute I spoke to Vanessa at the front desk before checking in. She was so kind and heard my request for a particular room as I was staying for an extended stay not under the best circumstances. Although at first she was unable to fullfill my request when I called ahead, she surprised me upon my arrival that she was able to find me a top floor room. She has proceeded to be super helpful, kind, and caring throughout my stay following through with things such as notifying me immediately when there were things like a pool reservation cancelation and my sons and I were able to get in and have a fun time together. Vanessa is amazing and because of her, I will definitely come back if I need or want to. She needs to be promoted because she cares for her guests and seems to also care about doing well for the hotel. I love seeing her smiling face every time I walk through the front door. She even noticed that I left my car door open and shut it for me and called so I could lock my car.

1st time here but definitely will stay here again. Nice size rooms with a kitchenette, dining area & sitting area with TV. Bedroom is separate from the living space and it has a nice size bathroom. The staff were excellent,friendly & very helpful. Good location by the mall and other shopping plus quite a few eating establishments. There is only 1 ice machine located on 1st level. Great location right off the freeway!!
