I encourage anyone who is in need of lodging to avoid this place like the plague. Stay away, they have no interest in helping you or anyone else for that matter. The general manager and the rest of his staff are incredibly rude, and should not work in the customer service industry. Upon arriving to the hotel, I was greeted by a less than friendly employee at the front desk. After dealing with the unpleasantness at the front desk, I had gone into my room in hopes of relaxing from a long drive there, and that’s when I discovered the deplorable facilities and how they were maintained. 1.) Every time the toilet was flushed, it would emit a high pitched squealing noise 2.) The whirlpool tub in the room was equipped with a bathroom sink faucet that was not equipped to handle the volume of water that was meant to fill even a basic bathtub with any metric volume amount of water. After I left, I had come to find out that the card used to make the purchase for the room was charged more than the amount advertised. I had tried talking with the general manager at that time and he even refused to acknowledge the information I had presented to support my claim, and said the charges would be dropped in 24 hours. Fast forward to today, and the charges have still not dropped so I called the establishment again in hopes of navigating my issue. This last phone call had gotten me nowhere. The manager refuted anything relating to extra charges and would refuse to refund the extra money he and his establishment charged. He also told me to never visit his hotel again, before hanging up on me. If you want to be treated horribly and get overcharged, by all means stay here. If you want a good hotel experience, stay far away.

It almost felt like the desk attendants were upset I had chosen to stay there. As I arrived they would not make eye contact, they rushed through the details, and were simply unpleasant. I got to my room And only had 3 small THROW pillows on the bed. So I called the front desk and asked if they happened to have normal pillows. The clerk literally stopped In the middle of my question with a sharp and rude “NO” and hung up in the middle of my sentence as I was replying “Well thanks anyway”. I thought maybe their graveyard clerk was just having a rough night. The next morning, different clerk. I called and asked (out of curiosity) if they had an extended checkout for perhaps 1 pm as some hotels do. Again, right in the middle of my question I was cut off by a different desk clerk with a sharp “Absolutely Not!”, and as I politely responded with a thank you, they hung up on me. I’ve never felt like an inconvenience at a hotel. I understand this behavior at a restaurant, but from THREE different desk clerks in a ONE night stay is unacceptable.

Be careful before coming here. If you have any problems at all (highly likely you will), they will not help you and choice hotels will say they can’t help either. Its worth it to spend a little more at a better hotel and have an quality experience.

Room was fine. Pretty clean. Make sure not to leave anything behind. Accidentally left behind a small bag. Asked manager Dona if there was a lost and found and she told us to “come back in the morning” because she was the afternoon shift and didn’t know where they kept that stuff. Obviously we were unable to come back in the morning as we had already checked out and we’re heading back home. After about 20-25 minutes of back and forth just asking her to look around, she magically found it WITH A NOTE ATTACHED giving the room number it was found in. Her reason for not wanting to help us “I didn’t like your tone when you came in.” As a manager that is completely unacceptable and false. We went it very polite and waited our turn in line to talk to her. You would think that as a manager she would be more knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to her position.

Horrible experience. I came here because my power is out due to big wind storms yesterday. I chose this location because of price and pool/jacuzzi, which I checked to make sure they were open, they were. But no told me, even at check in that the jacuzzi was closed do to not being able to social distance. I get that. But my reservation of the pool time for an hour was just for me, 1 person not sure who they wanted me to social distance from? I needed a jacuzzi soak really bad, because I just buried my mom. But I was not able to have one. Then, I wanted a soda out of the pop machine, non of them worked. Front desk clearly does not have access to help with that. Because of the wind storms their DirecTV was out. So couldn’t watch TV. So I used my computer to get online to watch a movie, free wifi no password needed. Took several tries to actually connect. Not a good experience. I get the Covid thing. But the jacuzzi should be on a guest by guest basis. Very unhappy. If I had power at my house I would have demanded a refund. But I needed to have a warm bed to sleep sin.
