In spite of the unjustified pandemic mess the world is going through, they are prepared to serve.
The room was clean and large. The staff were friendly and it was close to everything we needed. The only downside was that the showerhead only had one setting which was one steady stream of being blasted. You couldn't adjust the setting at all. The shampoo and conditioner had a very pleasant clean smell. I just wish they also had lotion. I would definitely stay again.
Large room that was clean with good amenities. I especially appreciated the large vanity area with a double sink. The location is convenient & central to the whole valley. Normally, decent fresh prepared food is offered here too, but with COVID, it's all bagged.
I enjoyed my stay here at crystal inn. We were able to use the pool with a reservation, which I thought was nice. Room was pretty clean and we were able to find parking with no problem, although I can see how it can fill up in the evenings. The only negative thing was that when I called the front desk for more towels, they told me to go down to the front desk to get them while I was soaking wet from the pool. So maybe better room service? Staff was still friendly, and they took safety precautions with COVID-19.
