I would not want to live here!! Yes the place looks nice but the people here seem to want to get all up in your business!! I use public transit therefore i walked into the trailer park. I got asked by 2 people why i was there on my way in and by 3 people 1 of which "tresspassed" (hahaha) me for not telling him why or who i was there to see!!! Mind your own business people!!!
I started living there and the office was closed due to covid-19.
Trying to get in application was extremely hard, when I finally got my application in another 45 days I was then denied.
if you get denied from this place then you automatically are trespassed so now I cannot see my wife or kids.
If you DON'T like to see your family than this would be a great place
BEWARE OF THE MAINTENANCE GUY YOU'LL CAUSE PROBLEMS IF YOU GET ON HIS BAD SIDE WILL LOOK FOR ANYTHING TO START PROBLEMS.
I REALLY WISH THIS PLACE WILL CHANGE THEIR POLICY SO I CAN SEE MY WIFE AND KIDS.
Manager never available you raise the rent when we had covid not able to use amenities. Would not recommend wish I could move.
Beautiful Neighborhood. Love my home and my neighbors.
No night parking, but very well taken care of
