I dont even live here but when I went to the main office asking for trailers for sale and after finishing with that I had a flat tire in their parking lot then some dude comes out to tell me he doesnt want me to mechanical stuff at his parking to which I explained that I just needed to change a flat tire that was all, then he Keept repeating the same thing over and over again and also said he would call the tow truck I told why can't I change my tire and he said that I could but he didn't want me to do mechanical stuff And to be aware that he was calling the towtruck just in case I just said ok thanks really loud to make him go away, then he left to the inside main office I'd rather not live here if management are plain rude to prospects, let alone Residents.

I lived here for 18 months.. pathetic.. cats were breeding everywhere and crapping all over my yard.. they take well over $500 a month and you get nothing for it.. they don't shovel your walks.. they don't landscape your property.. so why so much money each month? I was out of town and got back one day after rent was due and there was an eviction warning taped to my door.. one day i was cleaning my driveway with a hose and one of the managers had a fit that the water was flowing into the street.. word of warning, don't live here.. it's miserable and management is putrid.. if you still decide to live here you should get some psychological help.

I reside here, and 90% of the residents DO NOT take care of their yards. The management sends out notes, but basically turns a blinds eye to it. Our lot increases every year between $30 to $35.. for park improvements.. there have been no improvements that I can see, our "amenities are a swimming pool, pool table, excercises equipment, and a hot tub that hasn't worked in 3 maybe 4 years...humm I'd better stop here..
