Very good customer service. They didn't intrude on my privacy and was right there to offer their assistance when ever I needed any. Clean and very comfortable. I recommend this place to everyone. Very friendly and accommodating to me my family.
I just got off the phone right now and the guy who answered my phone called said I was lying about the bed bugs that it wasn't true and that they do clean every month. I just wanted to speak to the manager but this isn't fair so I'm going straight to my lawyer to fail a complain and if it goes to lawsuit then shall be it. They should really better there service horrible service and now I'm a liar when I got the pictures of the bed bug bites!
I have stayed at this hotel multiple times for extended periods and it is by far one of the best hotels I've stayed at for the price. The suite rooms that I have stayed in have all been well kept and very spacious. The employees at this hotel have always been kind, respectful, and very friendly. They are always willing to help accommodate their guests. I would highly recommend this hotel as I myself like to stay with my wife here and enjoy the time away from the house. They have a nice pool area during the open season and a year round gym that is nice when your traveling and don't want to miss out on your leg day!
If you are on a budget and looking for a easy place to get to right off of the freeway to stay while you are passing through Salt Lake City, this could be the place for you. If you are looking to stay for a few days on vacation and relax around the pool, this is definitely not where you will want to stay. The rooms were nice enough, although certainly not luxurious, but the location is not in a good neighborhood. I watched several drug deals happen in the back parking area from my second story window. It appears that there are several longer-term guests who have quite the thriving business enterprise going on there in the evenings. We stayed two nights and our rooms did not get maid service and when we requested new towels we were told that we had to bring our used towels down to exchange with the fresh towels. There were several people each night hanging around the doors and the pool area smoking (tobacco and other things) and I was worried about my vehicle in the parking area at night. We had planned on one more night but checked out early.
Actually found it to be surprisingly upscale but classy not snobby, with quite a few different suites each has a different name for it's different atmosphere and style.
