Hotel is pretty nice just showing some wear and tear. Staff was very friendly. Grab and go breakfast in the morning. Very reasonably priced

Nice hotel, skier friendly, clean, comfortable, staff is very nice and helpful, amenities are good. Breakfast is very good for a hotel. Fruit, cold cereal, oatmeal, eggs, meats, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, breads, hot cinnamon rolls, etc. There might be cheaper places in the area though, but my experience is you know what you are getting with a chain. I tried a cheap local place that was a dump. This place is a paradise in comparison.

The young lady (I wish I could remember her name) that checked us in that afternoon has professional, courteous, patient and helpful. The areas I saw were clean, neat and modern. I especially liked all the lighting that was in the room. The room was clean. No complaints. They also served breakfast; however, I missed it. After checking in, my party and I went for a meal and to explore the city. When we returned, it was very late, the main entrance door was locked and there was a sign that said you have to use your room key to open the door. (I thought WOW what a great safety feature 👍🏾!) We used our key to get in and to our surprise we were not met with the same welcoming spirit that we received from the nice young lady. This red hair guy literally rolled out from the office in a swivel chair with his elbows resting on the top of his knees and cell phone in his hands, doing who knows what on it. He never got out of the chair, he didn't greet us, he didn't even smile or say have a good night. He just looked at us and watched us as we passed by. He needs some customer service training. This guy is the only reason why I didn't give rating five stars.

This places 2 star rating does not do it justice. The rooms were nicely decorated as well as clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and the continental breakfast was better than most hotels I have stayed in. We will definitely be staying here again!
