The Tamarack

It was the best time ever. Had a blast on my mommies weekend away. Would come back.

Very convenient for use of the ski slopes with ski check and other amenities, but the room appeared to have not been turned over very well! The restaurant is very good and the ski shop has a great selection.

Full disclosure, I was a guest of my girlfriend’s family for an overnight stay at the Tamarack. Into fairness, the room was nice, clean, and furnished with quality, service was fine blah blah blah. To the root of my review: the beds.nnThis is a high quality facility, which makes it absolutely unforgivable to have such HORRIBLE beds and pillows! In all seriousness, this was the absolute worst night of sleep of my 28 years of life. My spine feels like a pretzel, my neck is stiff, and my hips and shoulders are sore from the granite slab I attempted to sleep on.nnThis aspect of the stay completely ruined every other nice aspect. Absolutely unforgivable!

Great place! Staff is wonderful and facilities well mantained.

My brother and I came up for a short 2 day ski/board trip on the 4th and 5th and stayed at the tamarack lodge. Absolutely enjoyed the fact that we got to check in early which allowed up to enjoy the amenities of hot tub and pool earlier since they are only open until 9. I would be giving a better review except for 2 issues I had. The room had popcorn under the couch other than that I found it clean. My biggest issue was that all night non stop on high volume there was music playing all night long specifically 80s music and open arms by journey played at least 3 times. So it caused a lack of sleep making the second day on the hill kind of blah. When I told the front attendant about it in the morning her response was oh well you should have called and now you know for next time. Just because of her and her lack of compassion there will not be a next time.
