Not to bad of a place was there cutting down tree's, ended up helping an old couple that were trying to left another person that was in wheelchair down some stairs, luckily I was around.
Very clean well kept park. Great manager!!
Decent neighborhood. Not a big fan of mobile communities though.
Not a good place to live. Management is hard to reach and are very rude when you do reach them. A lot of home owners are selling there homes because of this reason.
We found a trailer that WE LOVED and we were going to start the process of buying. I am glad we didn't! The one time I talked with office to get the application they were rude. And after hearing how they like to tow cars in the guest parking (They are ruthless) I heard a few good things but mostly negative. Glad we aren't going to live here, sad we don't get the trailer....
