I booked a room for two weeks with this property, the management office calls me at 9pm exactly one week after my arrival. The property charged my card one week upon arrival, I assumed they would charge my card for the final week but instead they told me I had to leave. They told me I was late on "Rent" and I had to pay a late fee and leave the following morning. I showed them my reservation confirmation and they refused and told me I still had to leave. I booked the room for business purposes and told them upon arrival that was the reason I needed the room. This property has horrible customer service, I highly recommend not to book through this property if you are traveling. It seems to be meant for displaced people, not meant for travelers. They don't even provide bedding or dishes in the rooms. I had to walk over to Walmart to buy those items. This property doesn't even deserve a star but I had to leave one in order to leave this review.

This is the worst place we have stayed.. my daughter and I arrived at the hotel at about 4:20pm and she said that the room wasn't ready, to come back in a half hour... We finally got in our room, and had to switch rooms as the air conditioner was broke..... By the time we finally got in a room and sat down it was 8:30pm.. next I spilled my drink on the floor, which are solid wood floors, and zero carpet, which I found to be very impersonal, and not soothing in any way.... But I had to use our bathroom towels and wipe the floor, but I couldn't get it to stop sticking to my shoes.. I went down and asked for two more towels, and she said I couldn't have a towel only every three days... So had to use a towel I had with me, and my daughter had to use it two... That's a embarrassment, and I could go on and on but I'm getting mad just talking about it... I complained to Priceline but they didn't get back to me... What a dog and pony show..

This place is pretty sketchy. They obviously try to stop bad stuff going down, but all the their regulations really put a damper my friends and I trying to catch up. We were being careful to be quiet and not to disturb other residents. But they only give you a couple parking passes and there isn't anything very nice nearby to park at. Great place to stay when traveling just for a night. Not great for stopping for the night and seeing friends and family.

Unbelievable, called to say id be a late check in they told me that would be fine. Show up and no one is there. Call and call since you can't go into the lobby. Did they refund me? Nope. Had to go pay for another hotel. DO NOT TRUST THEM

The reason for the 5 star was because of the young man working the night I check-in. Let's just say he help me out in so many ways just by his single kind gesture
