It’s a dump, rooms smell of cigarettes, no hot water to shower, no shampoo or conditioner.
Worst bed set and mattress I’ve ever slept on. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Room had not been cleaned, dirty soap, dirty towels, dirty sheets. according to previous reviews it was not worth bringing to the attention of the management because you wouldn't get anything from them. Immediately left and went to another hotel that was clean.
Great rooms with really good views and great customer service
This is cheap but it's right by the freeway in a bad way. You won't be able to sleep. A lot of people that come here stay here for days to weeks, making it kind of run down. The upkeep is very lacking. The room I stayed in had holes all over. Dirty floors and hairs.
First room I was issued there was dried blood on the sheets no blankets no cups and one none working phone.. after changing our room we had to haul all our luggage back down the stairs and drive to the other side of hotel where we were assigned another room upstairs. The only difference with this room was there was no blood on the sheets. It took three days to get maid service and fresh towels and yes finally blankets for the beds.
