The hub is a great location. Right by trax and it has a nice courtyard. I appreciate that they provide people with disabilities an opportunity to be included.
Wonderful apartments aesthetically. The property theft going on, not so good. It seems like many have little to no respect for your personal property or personal space at times, loud and obnoxious people sitting in hallways with computers at all hours. The police have lots of reports and pictures/videos so maybe this will improve. Otherwise anything not in your possession is at risk here.
I am super sad that I was not able to move into this beautiful well thought out place. Oversight in paperwork. Thanks ex wife. Go figure. Jon has not left me without any options though, he has been absolutely amazing in assisting me in finding an option that will work for me. The finishes are high end, the apartments are big, the building is secure, they really left no stove unturned in designing this place. I hope it gets taken care of and respected.
I don't live here but have done some work in a few of the units. Brand new and very clean and very nice looking. Maintenance and Administration are not available on the weekends and the tenants are not yet available in the call box to enter the building.
One of my best friends who is blind got an apartment here and it's awesome.
