They don’t know how to pickup their phone
This is the third house my wife and I have built in various parts of the country. Dealing with Russ Watts and Mike Tagliabue was great. The quality of the construction was top notch, the sub contractors were real pros and from start to finish the project was first class. Russ and Mike have become personal friends; how many can say that about their home builders! I would recommend Watts for your home project without hesitation.
