The man at the front desk was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area for a first time visit. The rooms we stayed in were well kept and stocked. Very safe area. We would gladly stay at this hotel again. Thanks so much for an awesome visit!
They forced into a van and dumped me here for two weeks. They wouldn't let me leave my room. No room service. Food is unseasoned and they run away from the door when they deliver it. Forced to speak with Catholic Resident Minister, very odd. Very poor customer service!
I haven't even stayed here for 24 hours and its awful here. I have found bugs roaming around my room and when I tried to sleep I was being attacked by BED BUGS! I tried to get a refund but all they offered was credit. I was supposed to stay here for five nights but I am trying to get money back and then I am leaving this place. DO NOT STAY HERE! I couldn't even last one night it's so gross here.
I booked this thinking it was a decent price come to find out when I finally booked it they lowered there price by $10 before the whole virus thing. On there website it nowhere says NON- REFUNDABLE... did the whole cancellation and then in the email says I'm not getting any of my money back total RIP off especially during this epidemic. I canceled it just because I do not want to get sick and now look I'm getting any of my money back. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
Budget motel (doors are accessible from the outside), not a hotel. Decent place to stay for short visits. Nothing stands out as great about the hotel, though.nnIt's convenient to the T (Boston's light rail system), a Whole Foods, and a number of good restaurants.
