Let me begin by saying I love the Hilton. Everytime that I need to stay at a hotel, I always have stayed at a Hilton hotel. This was the worst experience that I have had with them. I reserved a room with two queen beds,, I was told because of covid that they did not have guest in rooms with a queen beds, so they gave me a king bed. I just let that lie slide because I was tired. When I get to the room, the room had not been vaccumed from the former guest because we found nail clippings on the floor. Then, when we got in the bed, they had a mattress cover for a blanket and it was ripped. I forgot to mention that when we checked in I was promised 500 Hilton points for the inconvenience and it never showed up on my account. She also put a hold on both of my credt cards for insedentals. I am truly disappointed and would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
Great room. Great price. Free parking. What's not to like
The room was spacious and CLEAN! Staff greeted you always when you came through the door. Very polite!
I loved my suite. It was like a 1 bedroom apartment. Very comfortable, clean, friendly staff.
Great place to go for hanging out in your room or going for a nature walk. Clean, staff was friendly, grab and go breakfast was great for grabbing before your morning adventures
