Spent a week at this lovely B&B 3 yrs ago.... too long ago..... would love to go back! Patty was out of town, but Jimmy was a perfect host! Wonderful breakfast each morning and delightful conversation in the evenings!! Morning strolls to Crystal Lake were wonderful. Will be back someday!
We loved every minute we spent with Jim and Patti. They were the most interesting and delightful hosts.nnWe were in town for a family celebration, and Jin and Patti made us feel like we were members of the family.nnThey went out of their way to help us get around, including picking us up at the train station, taking us to a restaurant, taking us to my cousin's apartment, and finally taking us back to the train when we left.nnThe breakfasts were delicious and healthy, lots of granola, almond milk, fruit, eggs and home-made bread.nnWe will definitely be coming back and would only stay in this fabulous place. Kudos to you both. YOU ARE FABULOUS!

Slept like a baby. Patti and Jim are very nice people, very welcoming, helpful and caring.nI came over on a business trip and have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here in a very safe and quiet neighbourhood. I would stay again in future, the price is pocket friendly and i recommend this B&B.
I spent five nights at Park Lane B&B during a business trip to Boston. I slept well, enjoyed a quiet and hospitable host, and got very good, personal service from the owner. I especially appreciated the guidance I got with local places to eat and directions to get around.nnIf I were staying in Boston or Newton for business again, Park Lane would definitely be at the top of my list of places to stay. If you're looking for a place that's quiet, centrally located in Newton, and has helpful and friendly hosts, I would definitely take a strong look at Park Lane.
