I needed someone who knows old houses to inspect the one I want to buy. Terry put my mind at ease doing the very best inspection I have ever received. I now understand the house well, know what needs to be fixed, what maintenance to do, and most of all that I feel comfortable buying the house. thanks!

Terry was fantastic, he wrote an incredibly helpful report and took time to explain many details about how the home works which was priceless for us as new homeowners. It was raining when we arrived, and he jumped right out to take pictures and search for any standing water issues without a care that he was also getting wet! I highly recommend!

We couldn't have asked for better service than Terry provided for our home inspection in Hudson, NH. We were out of state buyers from NY and couldn't be there for the inspection but Terry took the time to talk us through his findings during the home inspection and sent a massive report close to 100 pages with plenty of pictures, notations of issues and suggestions for potential repairs. For being a one man show, he is always responsive and goes out of his way even after the home inspection to provide helpful information. I'd hire Terry/Seacoast Inspections in a heartbeat again for a home inspection.

Terry did an extremely thorough inspection on our 150 year old house. Was very patient and happy to explain everything as we went along (sometimes multiple times until I understood.) I can't recommend his work highly enough. He was very quick to turn around the report as well.

Terry is a great guy. He provided a very thorough review of our house using his thermal camera. Very helpful in creating a task list to address insulation issues. Highly recommended!
