They did a fabulous job. Everyone was courteous and efficient. They cleaned up EVERYTHING so well afterward too. We love our new roof and skylights! We decided to purchase the solar, remote control, shade in our skylights and we are so glad that we did. This company worked with me through my significant anxiety about making the right choices in shingles and answering any questions before and after installation. They are very responsive and helpful, even after they finished the job. I definitely recommend this company for any roofing needs!
The whole J. Carnes team was professional and a pleasure to do business with. Jade was very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Shannon was also very helpful and pleasant. IM BLOWN AWAY. ALMOST SPEECHLESS. I've been trying to get my garage roof done over for years. It was a seamless effort. First in the morning the estimater stopped by then the dump truck quickly followed the the installation crew. The roofers did AN AMAZING JOB. Could not be happier with the end result.
J. Cranes was the most professional, pleasant, organized and knowledgeable contractor we have ever hired from start to finish. From their sales team to the roofer team to clean up and follow up after the job they were so respectful of our home and property. The owner himself also called a few days later (after his team had already stopped by to check on the finished job)to make sure we were completely satisfied. First and foremost we have never had such a positive experience with a contractor. Jade is the definition of a professional. He answered every question we had in a timely manner, was very polite and just all around a great guy to work with. The same goes for Shannon who runs the office. Their knowledge and passion for their trade really made this experience easy for our family. Everything went smooth from start to finish. My wife and I knew we were in good hands from the get go. At 7:30 am we were greeted by Jade, Jay, Glen and 10 smiling roofers. These men worked tirelessly for 10 hours to finish our house, detached garage and shed and the result is amazing. They even put our patio furniture and our very heavy duty umbrella back up on our deck. I’m still smiling just thinking about how great of a product we were given. From the Shiner family to the J.
