Just called for an emergency leak and the women who answered the phone was extremely rude. Answered with a terse hi and didn't say the name of the company. I had to check my phone because I thought I must have called the wrong number, but unfortunately I did not.nnWith a very annoyed tone she told me no one was in and wouldn't be until Monday. I replied that I wasn't sure if they handled emergencies or not on the weekend. She didn't say anything and then shortly hung up on me.nnAfter that lovely reception I will NOT be calling if I still need repairs on Monday.
