I lived here for 2 months about 2 years ago. I had to stay the night last Saturday and was pleased to find that it was still a great place to stay. The room is kept clean, the walls are soundproof for the most part and the lady who checked me in was funny,friendly, happy and helpful. She made a joke that made my week and it just goes to show how a great sense of humor can compliment great service and make visitors feel welcome. I look forward to returning to this place again and again.
Check in was excellent. I’m coming from out of state and was almost positive Expedia had cancelled my reservation.nThe woman at the desk went herself to see if there was a room available for 2 nights.nShe was very thorough and went through all the hotel’s amenities. Great room for the price, more than I was expecting. Thanks.
Such a wonderful stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the kitchen and amenities are in excellent condition. The staff is friendly, and helpful. Even being animal friendly, you would never know, everything is sanitary and quiet. I have had some horrible experiences at other extended stay locations so this was much appreciated with small children in tow! My only complaint is that they don’t have even packaged muffins or something for the free breakfast.
It was great until housekeeping tries to take over the front desk and is extremely rude! So beware hotel stayers Sunday is the worst day to get a hotel here. I have never had an issue with the actual staff at the front desk. Housekeeping is disgusting. Room this time was also dirty ud83eudd2e
Rooms are amazing but no room service considering the pandemic
