It was rated a 2 stars as Carmen was completely rude Both time I had a interaction with her she was just so rude and very unhappy she definitely needs some retraining as she will definitely cause people not to stay here due to her customer service was JUST HORRIBLE. With out Carmen your hotel would have been a 5 stars
Impossible to get someone to clean your room if you are not on vaca. they make us call every day to schedule for next day. In 2 weeks staying there 2 x they didn't show when we scheduled cleaning or turn down. I called front desk and they said the cleaners were turned away 3x during the day. We weren't even at the hotel???. Place was a joke
This is my go-to place to stay while visiting Nashua. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the location is convenient. Today, I was late to breakfast as I was catching up on work before leaving town. The GM noticed my disappointment when I came down to the lobby and realized what had happened. She immediately approached me with a fantastic attitude and made sure that I was taken care of. Thank you so much for going above and beyond. I appreciate the hospitality.
The best place to stay in nashua full kitchen with pots pans and cooking utensils, dishes, glasses and flatware service for four in every room plus some rooms with a separate bed room all rooms have pull out couch. They have out door fireplace and a huge gas grill, fitness center, pool and putting Greene at no extra cost for your pleasure. I personally will not stay elce where in nashua.
They’ve done a great job with social distancing yet still allowing us to use the pool and fitness room. Everything is clean and the kitchen is adequate. Only note on the kitchen is they’re isn’t an oven so don’t expect to bust out a Thanksgiving turkey. 110 Grill is in the same parking lot and it’s right off the highway with groceries and various retail nearby. Beds are super comfy and bathrooms are modern. Definitely got some rest here.
