Very nice and helpful staff. Let us ride outside and I really liked the bikes. A bit pricey though.
Just spent the afternoon at Landry’s getting our family hooked up with new bikes and a bike rack. Bob Otto worked with us and was so great and super helpful and made getting us all set up so easy. He installed the bike rack for me and went above and beyond walking me through how to use it and how to care for our new bikes properly. Landry’s provided the best service — please visit if you are in the market for bikes and/or bike accessories. I’m so happy we can support a local business. Thanks for everything Landry’s!
Ordering online by far changed the experience here. The order started off rocky and wasn’t very reassuring. In person, totally different experience. Landry’s is following safe protocols in a covid-19 world while also sharing extremely helpful information about their products. I feel the only challenge was the disconnect between the online and in person support received. By far, better in person. Great products made for great rides.
Highly recommend their bike fitting services! My fitting was with Josh P - he was thorough, educational, safe, and personable. I got fit for a bike I've been riding for 7 years and he made sure the fit was optimized for the rider I am today. I've gone out for two rides since and already feel like the adjustments and the fitting process have made me a more capable and self-aware rider.
Excellent customer service with product knowledge to match. It is refreshing to experience the personal care of the Landry's team that clearly share the same passion for cycling as their customers - makes for an outstanding buying experience. I would highly recommend to anyone from a casual to the most intense cyclist out there. Bravo Landry's!
