Came in to get some bike lights. Jerry was fantastic. Provided excellent and friendly, non pushy customer service. I told him about an issue I was having on my first outdoor ride of the season. He suggested I come and said they could likely fix it real quick. I came back two days later and Steve and Mike did just what Jerry said would happen- they adjusted a few things and off I went! Great service with a smile.
This bike shop is GREAT and always has been. I’ve been going here for years and never had a problem. The people here are very knowledgeable, down to earth and are always willing to help out in anyway they can. You should definitely swing on by, you’ll be glad you did.
Awesome service and staff! During my bicycle buying process I was oriented about the pros and cons of my selection based on my personal needs in a professional manner. Knowledge of the sale staff is evident. After buying the bike, a detailed explanation of the product and tips was given to me by the service technician, which I considered very useful. An excellent overall experience.
