I've stayed in AirbNb's, guesthouses, bed and breakfasts and so on, all over the country-- and this, is the brightest gem yet. Whether you are looking to leaf peep the beautiful New England foliage, kayak the rivers, or play in the snow-- this place is the perfect place to stay at. Owners Dan & Bill are the sweetest people ever, kind, attentive, and passionate about making their cottages feel like home (but wayyy better)! Each little cottage has its own character, and each is cleaned impeccably. You will have all the things you need to have a wonderful time, don't worry they have remembered every detail! Its quiet, and charming here, in the summer there is even a pool to take dip, and they provide firewood to have a warm, cozy fireplace. I promise if you stay here, you will be very happy you did. What are you waiting for-- book it already! Five stars all the way!!!

These are cabins with a real New Hampshire vibe. Opening the door to the wood paneled cabin after a day of snow adventures is like coming home. Very clean interior. Enough kitchen utilities to cook from scratch a simple Curry or Chicken coq au vin. For that purpose a sufficient medium-sized fridge hums in the kitchen corner. Bed is firm and cozy. Bathroom offers a true hot shower. The cabin stays warm all day even with frosty wind blowing outside. The hot tub gets extra high marks because it also smelled like a Norwegian spa with woodsy aromas. Everything is well organized and managed . The driveways and the walks are kept clear and safe all day. The barbecue station is ready to go when you are. To top it all, the owner(s) were very personable, and accommodating with the short-notice booking and earlier check-in time. Thank you for sweet 4 days in New Hampshire. P & B

I find this to be one of the best places I have stayed. If you should forget anything other than your clothes and food it's already here in the cabinsnnIf you you should need something they're more than willing to go get it for you they have a fire pit for you they have barbecue grills for you. They have also things like the the kindling for the fire pit for you the matches so you can enjoy itnThey have a electric fireplace in there makes it very romantic.nWe will be coming back next year.nThere is also things to do around here within a short distance of driving both summer and winter.nnJanice

Very friendly people. Loved the two bedroom cottage. Amazing view! Service was wonderful. Would recommend this place to all. Location very convenient to all the hiking and waterfall chasing.
