My wife and I spent our 1st anniversary at the Lake House at Ferry Point Inn. Our stay was great. We walked into the room to find a nice little gift for our anniversary. Monty, Jeannette and Rebecca were wonderful hosts. Monty was very friendly and gave some great suggestions for local restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and the hosts attended to our dietary restrictions.nThe room was very clean and it had everything we needed for our stay.nAll in all, my wife and I were very satisfied and would certainly come back here.

After extensive research and per the recommendation of a coworker who has property on Lake Winnisquam, I booked a couple nights at The Lake House at Ferry Point as a surprise for my wife's birthday. This place was truly perfect; an idyllic gem. Our room was clean and cozy and overlooked the frozen lake. The breakfasts were delicious and there was endless, good coffee. This is key for coffee addicts like us. Guests could enjoy reading in front of the fire, working on a puzzle, walking out on the frozen lake, or just relaxing and talking to friendly guests and the property owners. Rebecca was incredibly helpful and responsive to guests' needs, Monty severed us our breakfast in the morning and was a treat to chat with, telling us about the local history and fun facts about the region. We got to meet Jeannette as well who is a divine cook and baker. We loved her breakfast treats. A special thanks to everyone we met and a huge thanks to the owners of the The Lake House at Ferry Point for a special weekend.

While our stay was brief, it was very enjoyable! The views alone make it worthy of five stars. We stayed in the Webster Room directly overlooking Lake Winnisquam. Beautiful! And the bed was extremely comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the home cooked breakfast, and Monty was so attentive and friendly. He gave us great recommendations for things to do in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent! I’m not a bed and breakfast connoisseur but I have stayed at enough to know a good one from a not so good one. Great location. The lake is so peaceful. Breakfast was excellent each morning. Some people might not want to spend a little more money and opt for a franchise hotel but those people be missing out.nnA beautiful location on the lake.nA beautiful home away from home.nCaring owners who are always willing to please.nClose enough to Laconia and other attractions without being in the middle of the noise.nThe front porch is so nice at dusk.nnNext time I am in the area I will be sure to stay here again.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our experience at this inn. Every morning the food was delicious and the view from every window was beautiful. Loved getting to go out on the lake at our leisure. The innkeepers were kind and hospitable. We would completely recommend and definitely come back again!
