Went here on business a few times. There is plenty of parking and the area appears to be very safe. The parking lot is also well lit in the evenings. This hotel is very clean, well maintained and has delicious food. The business area downstairs is equipped with plenty of internet WIFI capabilities, too. I did not use the pool or fitness center but, they looked to be very nice and accommodating. The service and housekeeping departments are excellent. The front desk personnel are friendly, professional, helpful, knowledgeable and courteous in every way. The rooms are large and well equipped, very clean and the beds are always well made. The rooms also smell fresh and clean at all times that I have stayed here. That makes me very, very happy. I am a frequent business traveler and have stayed at dozens, if not hundreds of hotels between Manchester, New Hampshire and Miami, Florida. I have always had a great experience with Double Tree and the Hilton Hotel chain. The food everywhere I have been has been excellent, tasty and delicious at all times. The service and front desk areas are well maintained and very accommodating. Keep up the great work.
Amazing chocolate chip cookies served by the hotel reception! And they give more freshly baked cookies when you ask! The room was amazing too, clean and comfortable, stylish and spacious. The only issue was that the pillows are too soft. So I got a bit of shoulder pain the next morning. But I will definitely return again.. with a firm pillow! Because the rest of my stay was great :)
The staff was genuinely helpful and hospitable, the hotel was quiet and peaceful, and the beautiful, brilliant-blue pool was spotlessly clean and clear! One of the very best swims I've had in ages! Just a wonderful place all and all!
If I have a double tree option, that's where I will go nearly every time. Clean, 4 great pillows, friendly staff, and shower water pressure is on point, which is important to me.
Excellent service for events. Great food. Nice rooms. Frequently updated decor. Overall excellent customer service. It is evident they have great upper management.
