I stayed at this hotel in August for work and booked again in September because the room was very clean, staff were friendly and the breakfast was decent. My leather jacket was stolen out of my room during my second stay and the woman at the front desk couldn't care less when I brought it up during checkout. When I return to MA for work I will NOT book this hotel.

Great hotel! Have stayed there both times working out of town. The entire staff were very knowledgeable and excellent people. There’s an indoor pool and outdoor half court basketball court. Laundry is also available for a nominal fee or you can have it dry cleaned. There’s a pantry downstairs with all your personal needs and breakfast every morning as well as an evening social Mon-Thurs. Rooms are really spacious and comfortable.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. They treat their guest and even team members terribly. I was very friendly with the staff because we worked for the same company. They turned around and said I was being too friendly and the staff was uncomfortable. This place is very unacceptable. I'll take my chances and go to Hampton, or Embassy.
