Adorable place on the main street within walking distance of many restaurants and The Marginal Way. The room was cozy, clean, and charming. The grounds were great- particularly loved the outdoor fire pit where we sat in the evenings with wine. The owners were lovely and returned a Rolex I mistakenly left in the room. That was unexpected. It would have been easy to keep it. I was blown away that they called me to send it back. There are so many people who would have kept it, and the owners' honesty deserved to be recognized. Because of the charm and the honesty of the owners, I will make a point to come back here.

We have been staying at the Abalonia annually for 5 years. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, the grounds are beautiful. There is a salt water pool, hot tub, and fire pit for enjoyment. The location is ideal and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The new owners, Jesse and Carrie are great! Friendly, welcoming and personable. We can't wait to return next year!

Just what was needed. The hotel was close to great food offerings and shopping as well as just a quick walk to the beach. The hosts were wonderfully attentive and the amenities on site were perfect. The hot tub, heated pool, and fire pit made relaxing here so much easier. The porches and garden seating made my morning with coffee provided in the lobby. I would highly recommend staying here!

Jesse, Carrie and their little son are the BEST and so accommodating. This place is an absolute gem. The rooms are spotless, charming and comfortable. The heated pool, jacuzzi and fire pit make it a little oasis that’s just a short walk to the beach and all downtown OG has to offer. 2020 has been a tough year, but allowed us to be tourists in our own area when it’s normally untouchable this time of year! We will be back. Don’t skip out on Abalonia!!

We spent two nights at the Inn with two other couples. We had an EXCELLENT experience. The young couple who owns this have put their heart and soul onto their business. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable and provided wonderful recommendations for restaurants and activities.nThe location is perfect, close to fantastic restaurants, shops and the beachnWe will be back!
