Perfect location! Short walk on path to the beach and close to local shops and restaurants. Gorgeous landscaping, you can tell the property is well maintained. Pool is small but heated and clean. They were very accommodating and allowed us to park on the property early while we waited for our room to be ready so we were able to access the beach and pool. Check in was quick and easy and our room was beautiful and clean. The views are priceless as well.

The excellent location does not make up for the worst customer service I’ve ever had and we travel as a family all the time!!! We booked a 3 night stay in a deluxe family ocean view room. It was more expensive but it was our anniversary and we didn’t get away as much this year with Covid. I was called the day before we were supposed to check in and was told they didn’t have what we booked available!!!!!! We still were able to go but in lower end rooms and we had to move rooms as they didn’t have a room available for all three nights!! I was told they would comp my first night which I accepted. When we arrived at check in the manager Tanesha explained they could not give me any refund as I was promised over the phone as I booked through booking.com. She said she would give us a gift certificate for one night free to use anytime in the future. She said when we checked out it would be ready and waiting for me. When I checked out Tanesha was nowhere to be found and the girl at the front desk told me, “sorry, I wasn’t here Friday and there’s no notes here.” So we left with no gift certificate and a big bill for a stay that was not what I paid for! I’ve never experienced such incompetence ever and the rudest staff who care less if they ruined your entire stay. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

My husband and I could not have asked for a better place. Rooms are spacious and clean. Great location to all the small shops, restaurants , beach etc.. We stayed 2 nights and planned to go up further in Maine for a couple nights. We left, got to our other destination, checked our room before bringing anything in and were so disappointed we went outside and called back to Terrace by the Sea and asked if we could return for the rest of our vacation. They set us up immediately and 2 hours later we were back and are SO HAPPY WE RETURNED . Staff was extremely accommodating, friendly and we can’t thank them enough for helping us . Breakfast is served every morning, just a little different way due to COVID and the woman who serve it work very hard at helping you get what you want. We have already reserved our week for next year and will not be going anywhere else. THANK YOU ALL AGAIN FOR EVERYTHING!nAAAAA++++

This is my favorite place to stay in Ogunquit! The location is great, the rooms are large and very clean, the staff are all extremely helpful and friendly. I have stayed 2 this summer and I'm already trying to book another night. It's close enough to walk to all of the restaurants, the beach, the shopping...Highly recommend!

Location is spectacular, premises are charming and breakfast is delicious. The service is usually efficient and Pleasant (but there are some exceptions when making phone reservations) go you’ll love it!
