Chuck and Jude are the kindest and most gracious hosts. This was our second stay. The first was October 2018 for Leaf Peeping. Accommodations were perfect. This time was a pre Christmas visit. We were snowed in on our second day at the Inn. Jude and Chuck made us delicious food, bought us wine, shoveled the entire driveway and scraped our car, and prepared delectable scones to take on our early morning departure. The entire house is immaculate and tasteful, but truly the special attention and friendship made our visit comfortable and unforgettable. We’ll be back for a spring or summer visit next time. Thank you Chuck and Jude!
The owner/operators have thought about almost everything. The Inn is beautifully decorated. Guests get pillow options on the ultra comfortable beds. Off street parking is convenient, and you can walk to the downtown area in minutes. The breakfast is amazing, and the fresh scones were scrumptious. It is obvious that the owner/operators take great pride in their Inn.
My husband and I just spent 6 days at the Middle Street Inn and we can honestly say we loved every minute of our stay. The inn is beautiful and immaculate! Each day the breakfast was so delicious and we never had the same thing twice! The linens are pristine, the beds so comfortable and the towels are very fluffy. Chuck and Jude are very knowledgeable about what to see and visit and where to eat. We loved visiting with them and we would love to go back!
We were so impressed with this Inn that we plan to go back again and spend more time in this area of Maine. Too short a time there. The Middle Street Inn is an amazing place to stay and enjoy everything about it. The owners were so friendly, knowledgeable of the area and so helpful to us. Each room has been beautifully remodeled and decorated and we all enjoyed an absolutely delicious breakfast!
Quiet, clean, comfortable. Warm and friendly hosts. Highly recommend!
