Slum lord 100% septic always backing up, pipes broken under ground leaking for over 2years flooding yards, they steal cheat and lie. I would rather live in a card board box!
Great Place with several options in housing from Rent To Own to outright purchase. Good quality from Champion's Titan division too!
They do not follow their own lease agreements. They do not care about you nor do they help you in anyway. The owner is a dictator and they can not own up to their own mistakes.
