It is a Maine 'camp style' cottage on the shore of Sebago Lake. Skilfully rebuilt inside to have the look of this classic hunting lodge. It has 3 small bedrooms with small closets... You aren't moving in with closets this size. It is his for a week. There is a shower stall bathroom and it is definitely a 1 person shower. You are not here for the sleeping and showering, it is the view and the access. The property has a five star view of Sebago z lake with 50 feet of absolutely unobstructed views of the lake from an enclosed with screen sun porch Plus an 86 foot dock with extra moorings. The property has Deeded easements to the boat ramp and association Beach. Towards the end of the summer there is a sandy beach along the property's Shoreline... Even when the beach is usable the dock is still in deep water. The property can be rented on vacasa airbnb and home away. It is managed by Vacasa.
