The most unbelievable part of the whole thing was we asked upfront if there was a bedbug problem and they were very rude in there answers telling us no..well they were so bad no halfway competent person wouldn't recognize them they were clearly there for generations. This is the absolute most disgusting place in the entire Michiana area they should be condemned

If I could give this place negative 10 stars I would! I don't have to explain! Here's some photos of the place! And we had to call the police to get our money back! The heat did not work! And we stayed somewhere else!

Roach motel was second stay this year one was worse first room had people allready in it even tho wasnt supposed to be,second room had no handles on shower or sink and the ac was gone with only styrofoam between inside and outside at knee level, 3rd room was best of 3 even with hole in wall thru to the other side with was vacant room.

They didn't have the reservation, the room for obvious reasons was not ready. The maid started to clean the room and then disappeared during for 20 minutes. The room was still unkept and dirty, there was holes in the wall that a headboard used to be attached to. The staff where unprofessional. The maid openly flirted with my boyfriend making him very uncomfortable. I went out to smoke a cigarette and the security guard was rude, asked who I was waiting for, my response was how are you doing, I'm not waiting for anyone, I came out to smoke a cigarette then going back in. He said, that's my nephew's room. I said no, he said when did you rent it? Tonight? Yes..he proceeded to go to the maids room, apparently they all live there, and awoke her at 2 am to be sure I wasn't lying, she was 2 doors down. Never again will I ever stay nor recommend the Knights Inn South Bend, Indiana
