What a pleasure. Nice ambience from the moment you walk in. Stacey the receptionist greeted me by name. She was on duty the next morning when we came down for breakfast and repeated that performance. Rooms were great and clean. Breakfast was amazing, the staff were attentive. One of the nicest hotels on our whole trip. Thanks Clarion.
Nice place but under construction. Nice pool area. Hot tub broken and pool was a little bit too cold. Over all a nice place.
The night manager here was amazing! He was so kind to us when we really needed help. Red Roof in was absolutely rude to us. Clarion Inn however, welcomed us in and accommodated us and our dog. We're really grateful!
It was really nice overall but I stayed there for a very short amount of time so I can't say much on the subject. Although, the establishment itself was very well maintained and modernized. It was a very beautiful hotel and it was located in Michigan City, Indiana on Franklin Street.
Room, bathroom, bedding were all clean, and smelled clean which was nice. Stayed in a one bed room, nothing over the top. Room did include a mini fridge and microwave which I wasn't expecting but was a great addition. Aside from a very rude employee who checked me in, no complaints! Employee who checked me out was wonderful!
