This lovely young woman Katie did an inspection on my home, and im waiting on the work to start. She seemed very intelligent. i loved her confidence and knowledge in what she was doing. Shes very good at what she does. And was super friendly and nice! I look forward to doing more business with her and this company. Savage 5 stars

If katie shows up trust her opinion. Shell keep it 100 and be honest With you. She'll tell you if you have the damage or not.. you must remember that it is your duty. Per your policy to report potential damage, in a reasonable amount of time, or your coverage may be denied. Your rates cannot go up for filing an act of God claim. Chances are your rates will go up when a big storm hits anyways because everyone in your zip code that may have been affected is and will be filing the same claims so they too..can get there house redid. I didnt have enough damage to file a claim. But i was very much greatful for her honesty. The last time i had a company inspect my roof, they lied and gassed me up, telling me how horrible my roof was. Come to find out it was just a waste of my time and i filed for nothing. Rest assured, if Katie tells u there's damage then there's damage.

This team was absolutely phenomenal. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
