Be careful of the people who are running Amberly Pointe trailer park. They advertised in a Facebook group and my sister went and put a deposit and first months rent down in April and signed a lease. They said they were still working on the trailers and it would be 4-6 weeks before it was ready.nnSeveral MONTHS later and she told them she needed to move in or she wanted her money back. They told her she could move in. The trailer was disgusting, and in total disrepair. She tried to get the utilities switched over and Stucker Fork will not turn Utilities on in anyone's name because they are in the middle of a lawsuit with the owners.nnWe went to look at it again today after they said they've been working on it, and someone has been in it. They had used the bathroom without the water on, turned the ac on and had it set so low it had frozen over. It is still in disrepair, nothing had been fixed. It is not livable. Especially after having her money since April! She demanded her money back and they refused. We went to the mayors office and they said we were the 5th group to make the same complaint. She will be taking them to court. They are a joke.
The place is a rip off ..they are deceitful, and crooks. They don't take care of their rental properties, they charge fees without even giving a warning. Would not recommend to any one1
