The rooms were comfortable. Everything looked well maintained. However, all the glass surfaces in the rooms were streaked. The lobby/check-in is located on the 2nd floor. Parking is in a garage across the street from the hotel. The elevator from the entrance to the lobby is a different elevator to go to the rooms. The woman at the desk, Sara, was very helpful.
GREAT PLACE TO STAY...- WE STAYED ON THE OHIO RIVER SIDE...AWESOME!! ATE ON A BARGE....WALKING TRAILS ...WONDERFUL!!
Arrived extremely late at night after snow tuning at Perfect Nirth. The Lady night clerk was very nice and accommodating. Very comfortable beds and clean rooms. HUGE bathroom and great water pressure in the shower. Had a GREAT night sleep. Thank you! ud83eudd70
Paper thin walls. You can hear your neighbor sneeze. When they shower, it sounds like the running of the bulls. No fridge. Staff was super helpful and the place was spotless. Just need to work on sound proofing . Oh, and I don’t mind...but the television was so dim you couldn’t see it with the lights on. I’m guessing a power saving mode is used for just that. Not a big deal for us, but maybe to some.
Wonderful place to stay. Kudos to front desk person (Woman). She was so helpful. Ask for a warm cookie from front desk!
