A wonderful group of people - easy to work with and incredibly friendly staff. When you walk through the door, they know you by name and make you feel like an old friend. If you need a bike, accessories or service, take your business here - you won't regret it!
Sold a used fork as new. Fork received had steerer tube already cut with all screws missing from attachment points. t Not happy with this and I expect better. Fork stem cut shorter than I wanted.
Went in for cycling shoes for my Peloton. Carly was friendly and very helpful. She was knowledgeable and did an excellent job explaining the various options. I had a wonderful experience. Thank you ud83dude42.
Great customer service and limited colors of bikes. Masks required and clean store with a cute wiener dog inside to greet.
