Our 1955 Parade of Homes house, designed by well-known Utah architect Stephen MacDonald, had suffered exterior water damage over the years. Hills was referred to us by Preservation Utah. We worked with Project Manager Shane Samuelson and his crew, John and Ramon, to repair the damage, which included replacing the exterior siding on a portion of the home, replacing a window, and interior drywall. They were all good listeners, as we wanted the remodeled portion to fit as closely as possible to the existing exterior of our home. They suggested alternatives, and worked with us to create a sound and beautiful solution to the problem area. John and Ray were always on time, meticulous in their work and extremely pleasant to work with. I would definitely use this company for any future needs.
Hills Construction completely remodeled our master bathroom this past year and previous to that we’ve had them replace windows, French doors, remodel cabinets to accommodate a new larger refrigerator, add crown molding and give our kitchen a makeover! They are very skilled craftsmen and do excellent finish work!!! We are complete happy and highly recommend them!
Hills Construction just completed a seismic retrofit on our house. We are very please with the work done. Since our house is over a hundred years old there was additional work needed after the project started. This additional work was performed at a very reasonable cost.
They did a very good job cleaning the area around the house at the end of each day.
I will not hesitate to recommend Hills Construction to anyone.

Burke and Adam were fantastic to work with. After getting three bids for our seismic upgrade it was obvious that Burke knows what he is doing, unlike the other two. Work was done timely and communicated with us through the entire process.
