This company was great to work with. From our sales person, to the project manager and installers, everyone was very helpful, professional and on time! The project manager, Roberto, was great. He came back to our house so we could discuss some issues with him and he was very quick to resolve them. They also have great rebates for referrals and posting of their sign. I recommended this company my neighbor who is now getting a new roof!

Great experience. Boone was super helpful and Joel was an amazing help explaining what was going to happen when the crew got here. The crew was exceptional. Worked hard and quickly. They were very accommodating to our needs of in and out while they were working. Cleaned up well. The left with a beautiful roof of grade A workmanship and and a fantastic warranty. They even fixed sone stuff that the original builder missed. You won’t regret it.

My experience working with RoofTek was top notch and flawless and my sales representative Boone was terrific and the gentleman who oversaw my project Roberto Camacho was just fantastic from beginning to en. It was a great experience! The customer service I’m sure cant be beat in the industry and if I owned another home I would definitely be using them and if I if I need any more work done RoofTek will be the first and only company I call! Very satisfied!

So I had a good review here, because in general, they did great work. However, they messed me up and are charging $1000 more than anticipated. They had asked me if I wanted the gutters replaced. I asked if it was covered in the estimate. I was told only the front would fit. Then it was logged as customer requested. Roberto came out, went through it and told me I only owed $180. More than I wanted to, but better than $1000. Now they keep sending me invoices for $1000 and Roberto only says I have to call the office. Andrew the sales guy said they'd not charge me more than what I was estimated. I never received any estimate for additional $1000. Bait and switch? I don't know, but I need this fixed or this review stays.

We are really happy with the services provided by RoofTek. Our roof looks amazing. They were very nice and professional to work with. Roberto was our project manager, he took time to come back and fix a couple of small problems we pointed out. They have a great rebate program that gives you money for posting a sign your yard! I would recommend this company.
