They did our deck and pergola.
Pros: Really turned out nice. They had great suggestions. Nice people, I worked with Jacob mostly.
Cons: Took a month+ from start to end. There was days and weeks where no progress happened. Feel like you have to call or text daily to keep you on the radar to get your job done but really not all that different than other contractors I've had in the past. Really only reason I didn't go 5 stars.
I hired them to fix some old bi-pass closet doors that never really worked correctly. They stayed with the project until I was happy. I appreciated the care, communication and fair price. Great to work with. I will call them again.
Cornerstone Home Services was absolutely fantastic. Jasen K. was the professional that showed up prepared to work or bid the job. I needed baseboards installed. He was very tidy as he worked and careful with the furniture in the room. The pricing was fair and he was very timely with the job. His cuts were precise and the nailing was well done. I would definitely hire him again.
I am glad I found Cornerstone Home Services. I have used several handyman services in the past, but Cornerstone was very professional, had thorough followup with me to ensure I was satisfied with the work they did. Jasen our service provider did a great job and was good at giving me options and recommendations. He was also able to discover and fix the problem with several of our light switches that had been causing us issues. I would recommend them, and plan on using them in the future.
I was trying to get a quote and possible help doing a full kitchen remodel. I originally scheduled an appointment and nobody showed up. When I called the main number they apologized and told me they had been trying but were unable to reach the sales rep. They reassigned me to a new sales rep who ended up calling me and going over what I wanted. He seemed really helpful and understood what I was looking for. We scheduled an in-person appointment a week later to go into more details. He never showed up, and when I texted him I got a response almost an hour after the appointment telling me I had been reassigned yet again. Nobody bothered to call or text me telling me I had been reassigned.
If they are this bad just trying to get a quote, I can't imagine how terrible it would be trying to get a project done with them.
