Godferd (Pharmacy Manager) is so modest and extremely helpful. Goes out of his way to make sure he says ‘Yes’! He is always helping customers, be it for vaccines or filling prescriptions or answering calls or other back office. He remains very efficient. He is always approaching any customer as soon as they get to the pharmacy area to ensure they are being served or need assistance. What a model!. Kudos to Godferdud83dudc4d⭐ufe0f

The Walmart located in Wheeling, Illinois, has the best pharmacist.Julia & Godfrey always go above and beyond for me. I have never had to ask for help. They just went ahead and did everything they can, to make things easier for me. All the pharmacy technicians are the best!nThey have also went above and beyond to help me. Bad customer service... called earlier to get fax number , gave it to my doctor , came in to the pharmacy 6 hours later to pick up my medication & they said they didn’t have anything ... they asked if the doctor could fax it again so I asked for the fax number again and it was a different number than the one I got when I called !! Called the doctor , gave him the new number & when they received the prescription over here the pharmacist said “ it’s really dark, can you tell your doctor to call it in” horrible! Have been waiting for more than an hour & still nothing!

Seem to be turning it around as employees are better at customer service. All the Pharmacist are very informative and courteous.
