Zaim and his crew were ontime, competent and very professional. His bid was hundreds less than the other two bids I got. I was very pleased with the quality and speed of their work. I wish all contractors were as easy to work with as Zaim has been.
We had obtained many bids and Zaim roofing came highly recommended. This roofing company beat all bids and they were extremely professional. We love our new roof. They were very clean and had the good finished in 2 days. I would recommend this company to anyone. The Green family.
Unfortunate experience! They delivered the trailer, parked it on my sidewalk making it so I had to squeeze between the trailer and my garage. They left the trailer for 5 days before they came back (no it wasn't snowing). They left nails and trash all over. I wouldn't even bother to write a review, because they are less expensive than some of the competition. However they unplugged equipment in my garage, expensive carpet cleaning equipment that unfortunately froze because it was unplugged for a few days. When I called Liam to discuss the problem he hot mad and blamed me.
I would advise spending a little more money with a company that will stand behind the service they provide.
Zaim roofing did a phenomenal job on our roof! They were exceptionally fast and throughor without cutting corners nor to mention they give a fair price. We had four bids and they beat all of them. Zaim the owner is incredibly nice, competent, and his team is very cordial & hard working. I would recommend this company to anyone!
Day 1. Zaim rescheduled because it might rain. It didn't. Day 2. Showed up for work in the afternoon.
Day 3.Left the trailer unchecked in the drive held in place only by the trailer jack.
Jack broke the rolled down drive on the toughn. The crew left. I had to help jack it up to get it moved.
Day 4 finished roofing. Left all of the trash.
and left the cooler moved and unusable.
They were hired by my sister. I have never seen a more unprofessenal job in my life.I have been building for 30 years. This company sucks!
