Job - I hired castle roofing to come and remove old shingles, install new shingles, new rain gutters and fascia. Overall - Castle was an exceptional roofing company to work with. They communicated well, were fair in their estimate, took the time to explain issues, and were exceptionally clean with the roofing job. I would absolutely recommend Castle for any roofing job. Estimate - Armando reached out to me soon after I sent my information to Castle about scheduling a time to come out and measure. They attempted to take a satellite image of our roof, which is standard, but it didn’t work out due to multiple eaves an hidden features of the roof. He came out with the images from the roof, showing me what he couldn’t see from satellite then went up and measured all of the roof to get a accurate quote. Exceptional experience with the estimate, far better than every other roofing company with far more years of experience than Castle. When it came down to it, Castle wasn’t the cheapest estimate, but I felt far more confident that there wouldn’t be any surprised here with the level of detail Roofing - Victor and his crew came out to perform the roofing job. The roof looks amazing. They have a very high level of detail that I would have expected or thought of. They paited every screw to be the same color as the fascia and gutters, they also took the time to paint piping and the chimney the same color as my gutters and fascia. We did have one issue come up, the wood under the fascia was rotten and needed to be replaced. Victor came up with a fair quote, and added it into the job. He also took the time to show me what was wrong with the fascia wood and showed me where it needed to be replaced. Cleanup - There is obviously going to be some mess while they are working, not a big deal. Each day they would make sure that things were cleaned up with extra attention to any area that would have vehicles driving in it. Then their final cleanup was fantastic. It looks the same as it did before the roofing job occurred, which is perfect in my book. Billing - No surprises in any way. The final bill was what was quoted + the additional fascia work that needed to be done on my 50+ year old house. So can’t complain about that Conclusion - Castle Roofing has only been in business since 2018, but don’t let that turn you off of them. Their work is exceptional, they are very good at communicating what they need to do, their estimate process was far and away better than any of the other roofing companies that we talked to, which had all been open for 30+ years. Go with Castle!!

Great experience! Not only are they as personable as it gets, they worked directly with my insurance company and handled the claim from beginning to end. They educated me every step of the way and answered my questions as they came up. I suffered from hail damage and didn't even know! Thank goodness I reached out and had them inspect my roof!

We had an amazing experience! Very personable, timely with responses, and able and willing to explain everything and anything. Best of all, they had the best price and work was started, completed, and cleaned up in one day (we have an average size house). I recommend them to everyone now.
